Mark and Lynnette have called the Greater Greenville area home for more than 25 years, bringing decades of experience in both construction and design. Mark has managed the build of hundreds of homes across the South, developing a deep understanding of the process and a sharp eye for quality craftsmanship. That hands-on experience pairs naturally with Lynnette’s design perspective, where she draws from her background with Carolina Custom Windows to shape spaces that feel both timeless and personal. She has a way of taking classic, era-inspired plans and layering in thoughtful details that bridge traditional styles with a more modern, lived-in feel.

Together, they work closely as a builder–designer team, creating custom homes throughout the Carolinas that reflect both the land and the people living in them.
